Gator Football Women’s Clinic

Hey Ladies! Do you want to be a Gator? Seriously – be a real Gator football player? Or are you a die-hard Gator fan?

This is your chance to be up close and personal with your favorite group of guys – our National Champion Florida Gators!

On Saturday, June 20th the University of Florida Athletic Association is having a clinic. This isn’t any old clinic…First of all, only ladies that 16 years and older are allowed. Yes, that means no boys.

Ladies, this is your day to be a Florida Gator Football player. It’s the 2009 Gator Football Women’s Clinic! Grab your sneakers and shorts and be ready to play some football.

Imagine standing next to Tim Tebow’s locker. Or meeting head coach Urban Meyer? WOW! How about meeting the entire coaching staff, their wives, and players!!! EEEEE! OK, if you aren’t ready to Gator Chomp right now – you should seriously stop reading this.

This is the deal – for only 75 dollars you can attend the 2009 Gator Football Women’s clinic. It’s on Saturday, June 20th – be ready to learn REAL football! The coaching staff will be hosting a full-day clinic (9:30 to 5pm) that will include lessons in offense, defense, special teams, strength training, and equipment taught by the same Gator coaches that you see on the sideline every Saturday in the Swamp!

The first part of the morning will be indoors: where you can ask the UF coaches, coaches’ wives and Gator players questions on their individual panels, see presentations from the position coaches and enter to win raffles for awesome prizes! Like signed football helmets, tailgating packages, and even tickets to Gator games this fall!

Then, take a break for lunch and pose for pictures with Head Coach Urban Meyer . (Cheese!!!) Next is your chance to get all access to the entire Ben Hill Griffin Stadium…just like the players. You get to be behind the scenes and take a tour of the weight room and locker room. Then, head to the field and be ready to learn football from THE Gator Coaches. Be just like the gators – learning real plays , passing drills and even participate in the synchronized stretch clap drill that the Gators do before each game! After, that apply all the knowledge that you learned throughout the day and take on other groups of women in friendly football competitions! At the end of the day…..you will be running through the tunnel like the players, on the jumbotron like the gators!!

So, Ladies…we are strong and proud Gators- who are just as passionate about football as the men in our lives. Come to the 7th Annual Gator Football Women’s Clinic- experience what the guys can’t and make memories that you will cherish forever! (and maybe, be able to show-up your man at home with your new Gator Football knowledge…and goodies…and pictures…and sights…and smells…maybe not the smells. Can you tell I’m excited?)
